Refund policy
We have a strict zero return policy due to health and safety requirements. If you are unhappy with your chocolates for any reason please get in touch with us at 33cocoauk@gmail.com and we'll try our best to help put things right.
Please note that since all our chocolates are made by hand, there could be slight variations in shape and size.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/refund , you can contact us at 33cocoauk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at 33cocoauk@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, however in special circumstances, we will look to provide an extension if the gift card has expired, this will be looked at on an individual basis and is dependent on the date of expiry, and based on individual circumstances. Final decisions on refunds are at the discretion of the 33Cocoa management who have the right to refuse.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, and in the interest of safety and hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges on goods once they have left the premises.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
